As an Electrical Assembler , you'll wire and assemble key components such as panel boards, doors, and cradles that go into these critical systems. Key Responsibilities Wire panel boards, doors, cradles, and internal components for large switch gear Lift and install 50 lb wire panels into the switch gear units Read and interpret wiring schematics and diagrams Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks Work closely with the assembly team while maintaining a positive, team‑focused attitude Essential Skills 1-2 years of electrical assembly or wiring experience Ability to read and understand schematics and diagrams Comfortable standing for 10‑hour shifts Flexible with day‑to‑day job duties based on production needs Preferred Skills Experience with soldering, crimping, and panel wiring Strong teamwork and communication skills Why Work Here? As an Electrical Assembler, you will play a crucial role in wiring and assembling components such as panel boards, doors, and cradles within the switch gear. Responsibilities Wire panel boards, doors, cradles, and boards for large switch gear. Lift and install wire panels weighing up to 50 lbs into the switch gear unit. Read and interpret wiring schematics and diagrams. Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks. Collaborate with a team of assemblers and maintain a positive attitude. Essential Skills Experience in electrical assembly and wiring, preferably 1-2 years. Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics. Ability to stand on feet for 10-hour shifts. Flexibility with day-to-day tasks based on production needs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with soldering, crimping, and panel wiring. Teamwork and communication skills.
