  • Job Overview We are seeking an Electromechanical Assembly Technician to support new product builds in a prototype and low‑volume manufacturing environment.
This role involves hands‑on mechanical assembly, point‑to‑point electrical wiring, soldering, and wire harness assembly using schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, technically skilled, and comfortable working in fast‑paced engineering or R D settings. Key Responsibilities Perform wire harness assembly, point‑to‑point wiring, soldering, box builds, and final button‑up Assemble electro‑mechanical components according to schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical prints Conduct final electrical testing and quality checks within the assembly department Troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues as needed Perform mechanical assembly tasks to support product builds Use hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently Maintain quality, safety, and documentation standards throughout the build process Required Skills & Qualifications Experience with electronic and electromechanical assembly Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical prints Experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing or lab environment Familiarity with inspection, testing, quality assurance, and basic troubleshooting Basic computer, typing, and math skills Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Experience assembling products in a manufacturing, R D, or prototype environment Prior testing and electrical troubleshooting experience Familiarity with power screwdrivers and shop tools Fabrication experience using mills, lathes, or drill presses Why Work With Us?
