Day Shift | Monday-Friday (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, flexible start up to 7:00 AM) Overview Kickstart your career in the skilled trades as a Panel Builder . This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how to build and wire industrial control panels used across a variety of industries. No prior panel building experience is required-just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and an interest in electrical or mechanical work. You'll receive on-the-job training while developing highly transferable skills in a growing, in-demand field. What You'll Do Assemble industrial control panels using electrical schematics and blueprints Perform point-to-point wiring with accurate routing and secure connections Cut, strip, and crimp wires to specified lengths Build wire harnesses and maintain clean, organized panel layouts Install electrical components such as relays, contactors, and circuit breakers Assemble mechanical components and hardware within panels Safely operate hand tools, power tools, air tools, and torque tools Conduct basic quality checks to ensure proper wiring and installation Follow written instructions and blueprints to complete work accurately and efficiently Collaborate with team members within a production cell environment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Qualifications Required:
