Monday•Thursday, 6:00 AM•4:30 PM This is a temp-to-hire position. Full Job Description Our client is seeking a skilled PCB Rework Technician to join their electronics manufacturing team. This role is responsible for inspecting printed circuit boards and performing rework to correct defects and ensure product quality. The ideal candidate has experience with soldering, quality control, or rework in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in precision and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:
Inspect PCB assemblies for defects, damage, or misaligned components Perform rework and repair of PCB boards, including soldering and component replacement Follow work instructions, schematics, and quality standards Identify and document defects and communicate issues to production teams Ensure all reworked boards meet quality and functionality standards Maintain clean and organized workstations and tools Support production and quality teams as neededQualifications:
Experience in PCB rework, electronics assembly, or quality control preferred Soldering experience required (soldering test will be administered) Ability to read basic schematics or work instructions is a plus Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines Familiarity with electronic components and PCB assemblies preferredPay:
