  • REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly experience, including rework
  • Proven soldering skills meeting
IPC-A-610
Class 3 standards
  • Experience with SMT and THT PCB rework and rework soldering equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Strong component identification skills and experience working with SN63, SN96, and HMP solder materials
  • This company will perform a background and drug check
JOB DUTIES
  • Build through-hole and surface mount PCB assemblies according to controlled documentation
  • Perform PCB rework and repair, including trace cuts, jumper additions, and soldering corrections
  • Hand-solder SMT and THT components to
IPC-A-610
Class 3 standards
  • Wire and solder prototypes and complex assemblies with unique designs
  • Operate equipment such as aqueous cleaners and component placement tools
  • Assist with wave solder and selective solder processes
  • Cut, form, and manually place components with accuracy
  • Assemble chassis and electromechanical components using various hardware
  • Recommend documentation improvements to support quality and efficiency
  • Provide guidance and support to PCB Assembler I and II team members
  • Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, workmanship guidelines, and production requirements HOURS
  • Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
  • Friday-Sunday, 12:00pm ' 12:00a.m. PAY
  • $22.
00-24.00/hour
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and handle small, delicate components with accuracy
  • The role may require sitting or standing for extended periods while performing detailed assembly, soldering, and inspection work
