6:00am
  • 2:30pm M-F OR 2nd
Shift:
2:00pm
  • 10:30pm M-F (that includes 10% shift differential) Build more than Equipment

At ABEC, you won't just assemble electrical systems, you'll help bring large-scale, high-impact equipment to life…sometimes onsite and sometimes at customer sites, where it all comes together. What You'll Do Assemble and wire electrical systems using schematics from our in-house design team. Build precision equipment used in advanced liquid medicine manufacturing environments. Test, troubleshoot, and make sure things work right. Travel within the US or internationally to customer sites to support installations and final setups. Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 years post-graduate in Manufacturing. 2 years' experience in Electrical Assembly or Industrial Controls. Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs./ 23 kilograms. Typical work is in a manufacturing environment or customer's site. Required to stand for long periods of time and may involve heavy manual labor. You will need to be able to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, push, pull, and carry items. Exposure to loud noises. Ability to wear personal protective equipment. Awareness of and prior experience with implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) a plus. Prior Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus.
