Precision Soldering Technician Bethlehem, PA 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday $24 - $26 per hour A Technology and Power Manufacturer and Innovator is Looking for You to Join their Growing Team! Precision Soldering Technician:
Micro-Soldering:
Perform manual soldering and de-soldering of surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components (resistors, capacitors, ICs) on complex PCBAs.
Visual Inspection:
Conduct continuous quality checks through a magnifying shield to identify solder bridges, cold joints, or misalignments.
Fine-Wire Assembly:
Handle delicate jumper wires and prototyping when required.
Rework & Repair:
Use precision tools to rectify defects identified during testing.
Documentation:
Maintain logs of completed assemblies and report recurring component issues to the engineering team. Qualifications of a

Exceptional Hand-Eye Coordination:
Ability to maintain a steady hand while working under high magnification for extended periods.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with various solder alloys and flux types.
Blueprint Literacy:
Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings. ​​​​​​​
Patience & Focus:
