Job Description

Are you up for challenges? Honeywell is looking for a Team Player to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at the Lancaster facility. Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams and being able to adapt to a rapidly changing production environment brings with it an exciting opportunity to influence the successful execution of production goals and achieving operational excellence. As an Assembler, you will participate in the production of a wide variety of products with varying complexity while carrying out specific tasks, depending on the product(s) being assembled. This may include tasks such as set-up, testing, inspection, problem identification and resolution, assembly, rework, documentation, and continuous improvement of CAES products. In the Assembler role, you will be critical to the successful technical support for our team in ensuring our products achieve their intended functions to meet and exceed our customer requirements
THIS ROLE WILL SUPPORT A 2ND SHIFT WORK SCHEDULE
Responsibilities:
Works with a wider variety of products or assembly processes Work with more complex documentation May perform some basic testing or measurements Performs mechanical assembly operations in the build of electronic assemblies using standard measuring tools & techniques Performs electronic assembly operations such as wire termination, installation of wire harness, cable assemblies, relays, transformers, capacitors, resistors or other electronic components Identifies and escalates equipment, material or documentation issues impacting quality or output Inspects work and does detailed processing of substrates using a microscope Strengthen knowledge of CAES 6S framework and actively participate in 6S initiatives
