We specialize in Laser Welding, TIG Welding, and Cladding, handling component repairs, modifications, and assembly for aerospace, medical, and injection molding industries. Job Summary:
Seeking a Wiring & Assembly Specialist responsible for electrical and pneumatic wiring and assembly for robotic laser systems.
Essential Duties:
Assemble and wire control panels, I/O, and enclosures, including pneumatic components. Connect and install electrical components such as PLCs, relays, switches, and terminals. Perform mechanical assembly of automation components. Conduct inspections, wiring tests, and troubleshoot issues. Read schematics, blueprints, and work orders for assembly instructions. Collaborate with engineers and customers to test robotic systems. Maintain material lists and update Bills of Material. Operate hand tools and move materials as needed. Assist with other projects as required.
Required Skills:
High school diploma with 1+ year experience in control panel wiring. Strong mechanical aptitude and tool operation skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of electrical concepts, schematics, and multimeter usage. Familiarity with electromechanical and automation equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Rockwell/Allen Bradley, AutoCAD, and industrial robots.
