We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler/Operator to join a manufacturing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assembling electronic components and operating production equipment to support the build of high-quality products according to specifications, work instructions, and production schedules.
Responsibilities:
Assembly and Fabrication:
Proficiently operate machinery and hand tools to perform assembly tasks, including soldering, crimping, wiring, and mechanical assembly, ensuring all components are built accurately according to specifications.
Quality Control & Collaboration:
Inspect assembled components to ensure they meet required quality standards. Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot issues and improve workflow.
Work Environment & Documentation:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by strictly adhering to safety protocols and procedures. Accurately document all assembly work, procedural adjustments, and issues encountered for record-keeping and continuous improvement.
General:
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Education:
High School High Scholl Diploma /
GED Experience:
12 months Technical certification or relevant vocational training
Physical:
Manual Dexterity,Standing /
Walking,Repetitive Motion,PPE Required Related Experience:
