Job Description

This role is responsible for assembling, soldering, inspecting, and testing electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in high-quality communication, switching, and fiber optic products. The ideal candidate will have experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT), hand soldering, and electronic assembly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform SMT and through-hole electronic assembly on PCB assemblies and electronic devices Hand place and solder fine-pitch SMT components and electronic parts Operate and assist with pick-and-place SMT equipment and related production machinery Read and follow blueprints, schematics, assembly instructions, and work orders Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with
IPC-A-610
workmanship standards Conduct visual inspections and basic functional testing of assemblies Assist with rework, repairs, and troubleshooting of PCB assemblies as needed Qualifications Previous experience in SMT assembly, PCB assembly, or electronics manufacturing required Experience with fine-pitch hand soldering and component placement Familiarity with
IPC-A-610
standards preferred Experience operating pick-and-place machines is a plus Ability to identify electronic components and read assembly documentation Basic computer skills preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred Skills IPC certification preferred Experience working in a regulated or high-quality manufacturing environment Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with fiber optic or communication products is a plus
Pay Details:
