£13.35 per hour

Full-Time, Ongoing Position Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a growing team based in Bolsover. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity offering consistent hours and the chance to develop valuable skills within a supportive working environment.
Key Duties:
Crimping electrical components Soldering connections Housing (attaching connections to housings) Splicing wires and cables Creating purchase orders when required Following CAD drawing instructions and assembly specifications Preparing materials and components for assembly work Maintaining quality standards throughout the assembly process
Requirements:
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is not essential, but would be beneficial. Experience reading or following CAD drawings would be advantageous. Good preparation and organisational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately. Willingness to learn new skills and processes. Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality work. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team. What's on
