Job Description

Assembler I
Your role As an assembler, your mission is to perform assembly of products by following the process to ensure Safety, Quality, and Takt time. Safety Follow all applicable safety rules and regulations of the organization.
Report risk observations, near misses, and incidents on time.
Use all necessary PPE required for the assigned job.
Contribute suggestions for improving overall safety. Quality Perform all tasks with a "First Time Right" mindset.
Use work instructions to perform mechanical and/or electrical assemblies for products like compressors, generators, pumps, or medical equipment.
Follow all quality checkpoints before sending the machine to the next stage.
Ask for help when needed from the Line Lead or Supervisor.
Use only the correct tools identified for the job.
Support 5S initiatives to keep the workplace neat, clean, and safe.
Maintain discipline on the line (breaks, rules, rework, etc.). Delivery Complete tasks within the specified time.
Respect shop order takt time (efficiency, on-time delivery).
Support rework and repair when needed. Cost Ensure First Time Right to eliminate rework or scrap.
Respect and improve standard assembly time via Kaizen cards.

Support the vision: "First in Mind - First in Choice." Associate degree in a technical field or relevant experience.
0-1 year of experience (minimum).
Hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical assembly.
Knowledge of assembly/testing of air compressors, generators, pumps, or medical equipment is a plus.
Experience with pneumatic/DC tools and alignment/assembly equipment.
Basic computer operation skills.
Fluent in English.
