Assembler - 1st Shift

Recruiting Solutions is seeking an Assembler for a manufacturing company in Wellford, South Carolina! This is a 1st shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with a starting pay of $20.00 per hour , along with a range of benefits available through the employer upon hire.

Assembler Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently assemble products according to blueprints and work instructions Maintain proper inventory levels of parts and materials Ensure high quality standards while maintaining productivity and efficiency Continuously improve speed, accuracy, and knowledge of the product line Inspect finished products and report any quality issues to the Assembly Supervisor Maintain tools and equipment in clean, safe, and working condition; report defects as needed Perform minor repairs within assigned work area when applicable Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the supervisor Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including workstations and surrounding areas Dispose of trash and debris in designated areas Properly complete and submit required paperwork at the end of each shift Ensure all tools are unplugged and equipment (including exhaust systems) is turned off before leaving Operate forklifts safely as trained (if applicable) Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times

Assembler Requirements & Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in assembly or a production environment preferred Experience with wiring or electrical assembly is a plus High school diploma or GED preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
