Job Summary:

Responsible for assembling, installing, and testing parts or products following instructions, drawings, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Read work orders and follow instructions (written, verbal, or visual).Align and position parts using tools like jigs or fixtures.

Join parts by crimping, screwing, bolting, soldering, or gluing.

Mount components onto boards, units, or into racks and cabinets.

Attach small hardware (e.g., knobs, clamps, switches).Perform tasks like potting, sanding, cleaning, and bonding parts.

Operate machines to shape or assemble components.

Conduct basic inspections and functional tests during assembly.

Set up workstations with correct parts and documentation.

Handle and install electrical components properly.

Trim or adjust parts to meet electrical or size specs.

Assist with repairs and troubleshooting.

Report any issues to team leads or supervisors.

Perform basic maintenance on assembly equipment.

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical assembly.

Ability to follow detailed instructions.

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Able to work with small parts and tools.#pro1
