• Inspector & Repair Operators in Austin, TX.

As an Inspector & Repair Operator, you will: Need to have

SOLDERING EXPERIENCE.

Perform a variety of component inspections and repairs on electronic assemblies/subassemblies. Sets up station with the correct process inspection documents, screens, and/or workflow instructions. Perform in process and online "go/no go" inspections of various types of electronics, subassemblies, peripherals or a larger assembly, identifying defects according to workmanship standards. Perform touch-up and repairs. Read and interpret the manufacturing process instructions, visual aids/drawings (e.g. microscope and magnifying lenses). Scan product and enter into the shop floor control system or manual tracking systems when applicable. Adjusts, trims or otherwise processes materials or components found on product in order to achieve specified electrical requirements or dimensional characteristics. Communicates any process problems with peers, supervisors/leads and/or manufacturing support. Documents workload, calculating the number of products inspected and rejected. Completes task schedule on time.

SOLDERING

experience and successful completion of any related on-the-job training programs. Ability to communicate in English, skill written and verbal. Computer skills required. Ability to read and comprehend instructions to complete tasks. Strong manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination: Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Must Pass Background and provide Valid forms of ID's for E-Verify Completion.

Pay Rate:

$20.50 an hour + Possible 10% Incentives of $2.05

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
