Arlington Tx Join a dynamic team dedicated to the assembly of electrical and electronic equipment for a range of industries. The role involves working with various components, tools, and instructions to build, test, and troubleshoot assemblies and products to precise specifications.Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical and electronic components, subassemblies, and products according to technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and testing devices in daily tasks
- Inspect, test, and verify completed assemblies for compliance with quality standards
- Identify and resolve assembly issues or defects, communicating effectively with team leaders or engineering staff
- Maintain accurate records of production, quality checks, and materials used
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized working environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production deadlines and customer requirements
- Assist with inventory management and tracking of components
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
- Experience in electrical or electronic assembly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, soldering, and assembly equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
