Dallas, TX 75247
Pay:
$18/hr Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Job description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronic Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in electronic assembly or related production work and be able to support daily production activities while ensuring product quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assembly of electronic components, wire harnesses, connectors, and assemblies according to work instructions, drawings, and production standards
  • Operate basic assembly equipment and hand tools (such as soldering irons, crimping tools, screwdrivers, testing devices, etc.)
  • Conduct continuity testing and basic functional testing as required
  • Follow quality procedures and ensure all assembled products meet company and customer specifications
  • Maintain accurate production and inspection records
  • Follow safety policies and maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Report production issues, material discrepancies, or quality concerns to supervisors in a timely manner
  • Support production team to meet daily output and delivery requirements
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in electronic assembly, electrical assembly, cable assembly, or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Basic understanding of electronic components or wiring preferred
  • Soldering experience and/or IPC certification is a plus
  • Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, and production documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Overtime may be required based on production demand and customer orders
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
