Electrical Pipe Bender / Fabrication Technician JPEC Services, LLC JPEC Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Electrical Pipe Bender / Fabrication Technician to support ongoing government and commercial projects. This position focuses on the fabrication, bending, and preparation of conduit and piping systems in support of electrical installations. The ideal candidate has experience with conduit bending (EMT, rigid, IMC), layout, and fabrication, and can work independently with minimal supervision. This role supports electricians and installation crews and does not require performing electrical terminations or connections. Key Responsibilities Bend and fabricate conduit using hand, hydraulic, and mechanical benders Perform advanced conduit layout including offsets, saddles, and complex bends Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Measure, cut, thread, and prepare conduit and piping systems Assist with placement and routing of conduit runs in commercial and industrial environments Ensure proper alignment and support of fabricated conduit systems Work independently or support small crews as needed Coordinate with electricians and other trades on-site Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Follow all OSHA and jobsite safety requirementsKnowledge, Skills, and Experience Essential:
Experience in conduit bending and fabrication Strong ability to perform complex bends (offsets, 3-point saddles, 4-point saddles, parallel runs) Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate layout work Proficient with hand tools and power tools Ability to read and speak English High school diploma or equivalent Must pass a drug test and background check to access state and federal sites Must have a valid drivers license Must have reliable transportationDesired:
Experience with hydraulic or programmable benders Prior work on government job sites Leadership or crew support experience Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Work Environment Outdoor and indoor job sites Exposure to varying weather conditions and temperatures Moderate to high noise levels PPE required at all times Schedule 8-10 hour shifts Monday to Friday Employment Type Temporary-to-Permanent, Full-Time Opportunity Based on Performance and Project NeedsSimilar remote jobs
