Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Cable Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex electronic cables and wiring harnesses used in a variety of high-tech applications. Your expertise will ensure that each product meets strict quality standards and specifications, contributing to the success of innovative electronic systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Assemble electronic cables, wiring harnesses, and components according to detailed schematics and technical drawings. Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to accurately cut, strip, crimp, and solder wires and connectors. Follow IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance. Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to complete precise assemblies. Conduct electrical testing using ohmmeters and other measurement tools to verify circuit integrity and functionality. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot issues and improve assembly processes. Requirements Proven experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly, with a strong understanding of PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly processes. Proficiency in soldering techniques, surface mount technology (SMT), and electrical wiring. Familiarity with reading schematics, technical drawings, and IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies. Mechanical knowledge related to machining, calipers, hand tools, power tools, and electrical components. Ability to use testing equipment such as ohmmeters for circuit verification. Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for precise assembly tasks. Basic knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus but not required. Electrical experience including working with schematics, PCB components, and surface mount technology is highly desirable.
