Full-time (7:00am - 3:45pm) Job Description We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Computer Assemblers to join our team. In this role, you will perform system and component assembly activities following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Perform system and component assembly according to procedures and instructions Assemble parts and position, align, and fasten units using hand and power tools Connect cables, wiring, and components based on specifications Read blueprints and follow assembly sequences for electromechanical units Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to meet quality standards and customer requirements Label and identify system components accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Additional Work Areas Rack Cable Labeling:

Seated, repetitive work; light lifting

Rack Assembly:

Physical work; frequent lifting (20-25 lbs); use of hand and power tools

Rack Cabling:

Light lifting

Assembly Operators:

Fine motor skills required; working with small/tiny parts

Unboxing/Material Handling:

Up to 25 lbs lifting

Chassis Assembly:

Repetitive lifting up to 35 lbs Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 0-2+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Basic computer hardware knowledge and hands-on experience is a plus CompTIA A+ or similar certifications are a plus Skills & Abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to use light power tools and hand tools Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Core Competencies Resourcefulness Results-oriented mindset Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Why Join Us?
