AS9100/ISO
Certified)
Experience Preferred:
5+ years.
Job Overview:
Our team is growing! We are looking for an Electronic Solder and Assembler Technician to handle component soldering and various technical assembly processes.
Primary Responsibilities Soldering:
Perform precision hand soldering of surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components onto PCBs.
Mechanical & Electrical Assembly:
Assemble, modify, or rework mechanical & electronic assemblies, sub-assemblies, modules, and cable harnesses.
Compliance:
Strictly adhere to company policies, Maintenance Manuals, FAA Regulations, and
AS9100/ISO
quality standards.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair actions performed.
Skills & Qualifications Experience:
5+ years of experience in
Soldering and Assembly Technical Literacy:
Strong ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical manuals.
Precision Tooling:
Mastery of hand tools including multimeters, calipers, and soldering equipment.
Professionalism:
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced shop environment.
Communication:
Fluent in reading, writing, and comprehending English to ensure absolute safety and regulatory compliance.
Requirements & Compliance Physical:
Ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills.
Drug Testing:
Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test.
FAA/DOT Regulations:
This position is a safety sensitive position and subject to mandatory Random Drug and Alcohol Testing.
