Electrical Assembler MineARC Systems Dallas, TX On-site Continue Application $16 - $18/hr Full-time Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement, PTO Job description We are seeking motivated and experienced Electrical Assembler to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, youll work in a fast-paced production environment assisting with the assembly of electro-mechanical products, follow strict safety and quality standards, and support continuous improvement efforts. Youll collaborate closely with the Workshop Supervisor and team to meet production goals and ensure the highest product quality. Key responsibilities Maintain a safetyfirst mindset, operating equipment, hand tools, and power tools in accordance with safety procedures while sustaining a clean, organized, and hazardfree work area. Assemble, wire, and test electrical panels and components following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), schematics, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure products meet high quality standards. Perform pointtopoint wiring, cable routing, and wire termination using soldering, crimping, stripping, and other precision tools. Conduct electrical testing, including continuity checks, voltage measurements, and functional tests using multimeters and other diagnostic tools to verify compliance with specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes. Troubleshoot assembly and wiring issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions. Maintain accurate documentation, including production records, test results, and quality logs. Actively participate in 5S initiatives, identifying and supporting improvements that enhance workplace organization, efficiency, and safety. Support operational flexibility by working overtime on weekdays and weekends as needed to meet business demands. Contribute to crossfunctional tasks and additional responsibilities to support overall operational goals. Perform routine housekeeping, including sweeping, proper waste disposal, and removal of stray materials to maintain an orderly work environment. Technical Skills Required Minimum 1 year of assembly experience involving hand and power tools (automotive repair or related assembly experience considered). Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Skilled in wiring techniques, including pointtopoint wiring, cable routing, bundling, stripping, crimping, terminating, lugging, and ferrule installation. Proficient with electrical diagnostic tools, including: o Multimeters o Continuity testers o Clamp meters High school diploma or equivalent Capable of reading and writing in English to ensure clear communication and accurate documentation. Valid driver license. Personal Attributes Strong attention to detail and accuracy in assembly, documentation, and quality control. Reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting team and production objectives. Physically capable of repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Ability to work autonomously and as a team. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, occasionally in varying weather conditions.
