Commissioning Technician II Responsible Manager:
Operations Manager Location:
Pflugerville, TX Do you have a passion for additive manufacturing? Would you like to play a key role in manufacturing metal laser powder bed fusion machines? We are looking for a commissioning technician for our Pflugerville production facility. Your Mission Independent execution of machine assembly (assembly and final assembly) according to work instructions and schematics. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, servicing, or maintaining powder bed fusion machines. Experience in manufacturing, servicing, or maintaining powder bed fusion machines Set up, test, and calibrate lasers, scanners, and optical elements Experience testing the functionality of pneumatic and electrical components. Identify, document, and resolve nonconformities. Collaborate closely with other members of the production team to achieve quality and efficiency goals. Maintain your workspace, tools, and equipment following 6S principles. Your Talents You should possess a team-first mindset, motivated, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively. The ability to follow technical instructions, interpret schematics, and ladder logic diagrams is required. Experience with industrial lasers, PLCs, and multi-axis motion systems. Experience with MS Office, SAP, CAQ, PC configuration, and network knowledge. Experience using multi-meters, precision levels, and measuring devices is required. Experience in troubleshooting mechanical/electrical problems is required.
