COPY LINK link Adecco is actively seeking solder associates with previous experience. They must solder at least Class 2 under IPC-610. Pay is dependent on previous experience. This role is for a leadingpany in electronics manufacturing.
Brief Job Summary:
  • Operating soldering equipment, soldering tools, and other duties as assigned by the lead.
  • Hourly, non-exempt, full-time position Typically s to:
  • Lead, production manager, management, and other key personnel
Qualifications:
  • Must be a US citizen or permanent legal resident.
  • Must have the ability to work efficiently and work well in a team environment.
  • Must be punctual and have good attendance.
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED, or
  • Experience with machine operation and able to read, write, and understand English
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Class II or Class III Solder Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of various electronicponents
  • Proficiency in soldering tools and equipment
  • 2-3 years of proven soldering experience
Physical Demands and Activity:
  • Use of hands and tools to properly perform the job.
  • Lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
Main Functions:
  • Must be able to work with provided documentation.
  • Must be able to work with solder,ponents, winding coils, cable wire, chassis assembly, mechanical assembly, and tools.
  • Perform soldering of electronicponents onto ed circuit boards (PCBs) using various soldering techniques.
  • Must be able to check that all thru-holeponents are present and seated properly on the PCB.
  • Understand and properly use materials provided by process engineering to perform the job and make sure that all equipment is running properly and safely on a daily basis.
  • Immediately notifying the lead in the event that any equipment is malfunctioning.
  • Performing all required preventative maintenance and maintenance for the machine's operation and documents per our "Good Documentation Practices Procedure" on the proper logs.
  • Maintain a clean work area.
  • Perform proficiently at a quality standard set by thepany's mission andmitment statement.
Additional Functions:
  • Associate will be required to take all appropriate training classes as assigned.
  • Willingness to cross-train into other departments.
Pay Details:
