Minimum of 3 years of soldering experience in an electronics manufacturing environment Ability to successfully pass a soldering skills test Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident in compliance with ITAR requirements Fluent in reading and writing English Machine operation experience preferred High school diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Reliable attendance and strong punctuality required Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical documentation and manufacturing procedures
Responsibilities:
Perform soldering of electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using approved soldering techniques Assemble, inspect, and verify through-hole components for accuracy, placement, and quality compliance Work with solder, cable wiring, winding coils, chassis assemblies, and mechanical assemblies Operate soldering equipment and other production tools and machinery safely and efficiently Read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, travelers, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Review and interpret manufacturing documentation to ensure proper assembly and compliance with specifications Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or production issues to leads or supervisors Complete preventative maintenance tasks and maintain accurate production documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards Participate in training and cross-training opportunities as required Why This Role?
