The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to use solder iron along with hot air reworking station.

Responsibilities:

Perform SMT (Surface Mount Technology) soldering Disassemble and Replace solder PCB (Printed Circuit Board) components / fuses Inspect and ensure quality of soldering work Test final product for proper voltage and completed circuits Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet production deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

Experience with SMT or PCB soldering required Must present proof of vision exam test results within a year of application or willing to take one Must be able to accurately distinguish colors Ability to read and follow instructions and basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity with small components Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to understand, read, and speak English Documented US Citizenship or Legal Permanent Resident status Ability to lift up to 50lbs Must comply with

standards

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous electronics assembly experience Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

Interview Testing :

Setting up efficient work station Identifying Iron or Hot Air application for testing Identifying and location of fuse, and performing fuse removal and replacement Proving Quality of work Proving final results

Pay:

$15.00 - $22.00 per hour
