  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Wiring Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing complex electronic components and systems. Your expertise will ensure the precision and quality of our products, contributing to the seamless operation of our manufacturing processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and develop your skills in electrical wiring, PCB assembly, and electronics troubleshooting. Duties Interpret and follow detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to accurately assemble electrical systems. Wire and connect components on printed circuit boards (PCBs), ensuring adherence to IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other precision instruments to perform soldering, crimping, and mechanical assembly tasks. Test electrical circuits and systems for continuity, resistance, and proper operation using multimeters and other testing equipment. Assemble mechanical components and enclosures that house electrical wiring and circuitry, ensuring proper fit and function. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols related to electrical work and machining. Collaborate with engineering teams to review schematics, troubleshoot issues, and improve wiring processes for efficiency and quality. Skills Strong knowledge of PCB assembly processes including surface mount technology (SMT) techniques. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in automation systems. Familiarity with IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies and soldering quality. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams accurately. Proficiency in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, wire strippers, crimpers, calipers, and power tools safely. Mechanical knowledge related to machining processes and assembly techniques. Electrical experience with wiring circuits, testing with ohmmeters, troubleshooting electrical issues, and working with power supplies.
