The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skills: possess the experience and ability to handle major, minor, and multiple tasks. perform a variety of assembly and/or technical support functions required in the fabrication of items ordered by the customer. Competent in; Hand soldering, reading assembly drawings, reading wire list, crimping of mil spec connector contacts, Mechanical assembly work, following assembly instructions. Required Experience Two years relevant experience associated with the manufacturing of Electronic Hardware/Assemblies.

Versed in:

soldering specification IPC-J-Std-001, use and care of hand crimpers for terminating connector contacts, and mechanical assembly practices and standards. Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with others. Excellent writing skills and the ability to properly convey work accomplished and associated technical details. Ability to lead by example and to communicate and demonstrate compliance with all of Trandes policies and procedures including those required in the day to day operations. Required Education High school diploma or equivalent.
