In this role, you'll blend electrical and mechanical skills to assemble high-quality components that support critical operations across air, land, and sea domains. As part of the production team, you'll use your strong attention to detail, problem solving, and solid understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly processes to contribute to technology that keeps missions moving. This is a direct hire role requiring applicants to live within a 30-minute commute of the Stafford office. U.S. citizenship and international travel availability are required due to client/government contract requirements.

TBD What You'll Do:
Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Perform electrical wiring and testing to ensure proper functionality and quality Utilize hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently Inspect components and finished assemblies for defects or irregularities, ensuring compliance with quality control standards Assist with troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning units as needed Support overall production excellence by collaborating with engineers and team members, documenting work for traceability, participating in training, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts
What You'll Need:
3+ years of experience in assembling electro-mechanical systems High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant vocational training preferred Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly or related field. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly processes and techniques Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work safely Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work with small components Basic computer skills for documenting work and tracking assembly progress Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
