Available Shifts:
1st shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM, Monday-Friday 2nd shift: 3:30PM-12:00
AM, Monday-Friday Pay Rate:
$18 - 1st shift $20.70- 2nd shift Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Assembler to join our team. This role is responsible for assembling and wiring industrial control panels according to schematics, layout drawings, and production specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical assembly, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble control panels from schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings. Mount and wire electrical components including terminal blocks, circuit breakers, relays, power supplies, PLCs, contactors, and VFDs. Cut, strip, crimp, label, and route wires neatly according to panel layout specifications. Inspect completed panels for proper labeling, continuity, workmanship, and compliance with UL 508A standards. Use basic hand and power tools such as drills, wire strippers, torque drivers, and multimeters. Communicate with supervisors and engineers to resolve discrepancies or clarify build requirements Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work environment Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in control panel assembly, industrial electrical wiring, or a similar manufacturing role. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layout drawings. Familiarity with standard panel components including relays, contactors, PLCs, VFDs, and power supplies. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. High school diploma or GED required. Preferred Traits Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with UL 508A panel standards preferred; training available if needed. Team-oriented with strong communication skills. Flexible and willing to learn additional production and assembly processes. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment. Work Environment Manufacturing/production facility environment. May require overtime or flexible scheduling based on production demands.
