Mechanical Assembly Pay:

$18-25/hour  ⭐ What You'll Do Assemble electronic, electrical, and electro‑mechanical components and subassemblies Read and follow production instructions, drawings, schematics, wire lists, and blueprints Build electrical enclosures, cables, wire harnesses, and complex assemblies using crimpers, wire strippers, torque tools, and multimeters Perform point‑to‑point wiring and equipment installations with clean cable routing Assist with software/firmware loading and verification (training available) Support fiber optics assembly and testing (experience a plus, not required) Maintain production efficiency while delivering high‑quality workmanship Complete production and quality documentation accurately Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance if required ⭐ What We're Looking For Experience (any of the following): 2+ years in assembly, electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, cable/wire harness work, or related production roles Experience using hand tools, power tools, or basic electrical tools

Technical Skills:

Ability to read and follow technical documentation Familiarity with wiring, soldering, crimping, or mechanical builds Understanding of schematics, blueprints, or work orders Experience with electronics testing, fiber optics, or software loading is a plus Preferred Certifications (not required):
