This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge drone technology, combining electrical and mechanical assembly skills to create reliable, top-tier FPV drones. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering precision-crafted products that thrill drone enthusiasts and professionals alike. Responsibilities Assemble FPV drone components using detailed schematics and technical drawings, ensuring precise placement of electronic parts and mechanical assemblies. Solder surface mount technology (SMT) components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following IPC 610 standards for quality and reliability. Conduct electrical wiring of drone systems, including power distribution, motor connections, and antenna setups. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment to modify parts and ensure proper fit and finish of assembled drones. Verify electrical connections with ohmmeters and troubleshoot wiring issues to maintain optimal performance. Read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, and PCB layouts to guide assembly processes accurately. Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols while ensuring all assembled drones meet quality standards. Experience Proven experience in manufacturing or electronics assembly, particularly with PCB soldering and surface mount technology. Familiarity with electrical wiring, schematics, and the use of hand tools such as soldering irons, calipers, and power tools. Knowledge of mechanical assembly techniques and basic machining processes is highly desirable. Understanding of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies ensures high-quality work. Prior experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) or similar automation components is a plus. Electrical experience involving troubleshooting with ohmmeters or multimeters enhances your ability to diagnose issues efficiently. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with attention to detail ensures the production of durable, high-performance FPV drones.
