Compensation:
$25
  • 30/hr Primary Function The Engineering Technician I assists in the build, maintenance, and modification of prototypes, products, and assemblies in support of engineering teams. This role performs routine tasks under supervision while developing foundational technical skills. Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Assist with mechanical assembly, wiring, soldering, and basic lab setup
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Support testing, documentation, and basic troubleshooting activities
  • Participate in training to build technical knowledge and safe work practices
  • Follow company policies related to data security and operational procedures Education and Experience (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Experience with hand tools and basic electrical lab equipment
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly skills
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Work Environment
  • Standard lab and light production environment
  • Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) required
  • May occasionally work in varying environmental conditions for testing purposes
  • May require occasional travel to other facilities, clients, or suppliers
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours) and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Pre-Employment Background Check, Drug Screen, and must meet ITAR requirements.
