About the Role Join our team as a Precision Electronics Assembler, where your meticulous attention to detail will drive the production of high-performance components. You will play a critical role in maintaining quality standards within a specialized cleanroom environment, ensuring every assembly meets rigorous technical specifications. Responsibilities Execute the assembly and detailed inspection of intricate components to guarantee superior product integrity. Manage the setup, operation, and monitoring of production machinery to maintain optimal output. Utilize high-magnification microscopes to perform delicate tasks on small-scale electronic parts. Interpret complex engineering drawings, technical travelers, and work instructions to guide assembly processes. Document production metrics and quality data to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Uphold strict cleanroom protocols and safety standards to ensure a secure and productive workspace. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent with strong English literacy. 1+ year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Proven ability to work effectively in a cleanroom setting, including wearing required protective gear. Demonstrated proficiency using microscopes for extended periods. Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling miniature components. Basic computer literacy for data entry and documentation. Preferred Skills Experience utilizing precision hand tools for technical assembly. Strong ability to troubleshoot mechanical or assembly-related issues. Familiarity with reading blueprints and technical documentation. Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaborative teamwork.
