Electronics Cable Assembly

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Electronic Cable Assembly team. Prior experience is helpful, but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate.

Basic Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and measuring. Ability to measure, cut, and strip wires accurately. Basic proficiency with hand tools and/or power tools. Ability to read and understand English. Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Familiarity with crimp tools used in custom cable assembly. Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and diagrams. Basic soldering experience.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to perform repetitive hand movements. Ability to bend, reach, and sit or stand for extended periods.

Work Environment:

Production/manufacturing setting. Exposure to materials such as adhesives, flux, and cleaning agents.

Training and Growth:

On-the-job training provided for entry-level candidates. Opportunities for advancement based on performance and skill development.

Pay:

$21.50 - $25.00 per hour
