Ability to identify components based on a drawing or electrical diagram. Experience with lead-free solder, both surface mount and thru-hole. Proficient in electronic assembly and use of hand tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous rework experience with a wide variety of board designs and layouts. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Proficient computer skills. Experience working in an ERP system preferred. Surface Mount and Thru Hole Soldering experience. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is a lean manufacturing setting that is clean, organized, bright, and fairly quiet, although some areas may have a paint-like smell. Employees may be required to lift up to 25 lbs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vancouver, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
