About This Opportunity Pedigo Products, a 75+ year industry leader in healthcare equipment manufacturing, is expanding into medical warming devices and seeking skilled Electrical Assemblers for our state-of-the-art Vancouver, WA facility. You'll be part of launching an exciting new product line, working in an exceptionally clean and modern manufacturing environment. This production-focused role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence—your precision and quality workmanship will be essential to our success. Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor/Lead, you'll perform electro-mechanical assembly operations while meeting daily quality and production goals in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. Essential Responsibilities Perform mechanical and electrical assembly operations on medical warming devices Follow job travelers, engineering drawings, and technical specifications with precision Execute and document quality control checkpoints throughout the assembly process Utilize hand tools, power drivers, torque tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and electrical testing equipment Work independently and collaboratively to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation in compliance with FDA manufacturing requirements Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and quality enhancement Proper retrieval and storage of materials and subassemblies to support production Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions Ability to make computer entries of production quantities and quality checks Strong attention to detail with demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work efficiently in a production environment while meeting quality standards Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments Continuous improvement mindset Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with FDA-regulated or ISO manufacturing environments Basic electrical troubleshooting and testing skills utilizing electrical testing tools Experience assembling appliance like equipment or similar products with electrical wiring and/or use of wire harnesses
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
