Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Position Summary The Assembly Associate is responsible for assembling electrical components and systems while following technical schematics, blueprints, and detailed work instructions. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to produce quality work in a production environment. Assembly Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and systems according to technical schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions
• Perform precise wiring, soldering, crimping, and point-to-point connections to ensure reliable electrical functionality
• Build and bundle custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies for integration into larger systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical assemblies when defects or malfunctions are identified
• Maintain accurate production logs, assembly documentation, and quality control records Assembly Requirements
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail
