Mechanical Assembler Job Description Join a pioneering team that leads the industry in robotic automation and material handling equipment. As a mechanical assembler, you will be instrumental in building high-quality products for the Food and Beverage and Chemical industries. Utilize your skills in mechanical assembly to contribute to innovative solutions with a company that partners with industry leaders. Responsibilities Use machine drawings, assembly drawings, control schematics, and bills of materials to efficiently build according to specifications and solve problems as needed. Engage in efforts to reduce or eliminate non-value-added work throughout the organization. Proficiently utilize hand tools for structural assembly, mechanical drive assembly, fluid control assembly, guard and cover assembly, mechanical assembly, and simple electrical assembly, ensuring quality workmanship and neatness. Complete quality assurance checks for Blue Books. Provide accurate documentation including labor reporting, material issue/returns, material moves, and material scrap reports. Execute inventory re-ordering policies, including Kanban. Prepare equipment for shipment, including machine teardown. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
