We specialize in manufacturing sophisticated machinery for the Food and Beverage and Chemical industries. Responsibilities Use machine drawings, assembly drawings, control schematics, and relevant bills of materials to proficiently build equipment and solve problems as needed. Engage in reducing or eliminating non-value-added work throughout the organization. Utilize hand tools proficiently for tasks including structural assembly, mechanical drive assembly, fluid control assembly, guard and cover assembly, mechanical assembly, and simple electrical assembly, ensuring quality workmanship and neatness. Complete quality assurance checks and provide accurate documentation skills for labor reporting, material issues/returns, material moves, and material scrap reports. Execute inventory re-ordering policies, including 'Kanban'. Prepare equipment for shipment, including machine teardown. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a very clean and well-lit facility on the 1st shift from Monday to Thursday, with a 30-minute lunch break. Overtime is voluntary on Fridays. Assemblers work in groups of 2-6, using Milwaukee tools. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaver Dam, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
