This position is responsible for performing final electrical and mechanical assembly of medium- and high-frequency power supply systems and related equipment. The role involves electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, pneumatic and hydraulic component installation, testing, troubleshooting, and preparing completed systems for inspection and shipment.
Job Duties :
Review specifications, drawings, and bills of material prior to assembly Verify kit contents and identify missing components as needed Perform electrical wiring, terminal connections, and component installation Assemble and connect pneumatic and hydraulic components, tubing, and hoses Conduct water testing and verify assemblies meet customer specifications Assemble mechanical systems including heat stations, coil assemblies, and material handling equipment Modify, adjust, and fabricate components as needed to ensure proper system functionality Layout and assemble systems for customer inspection, factory testing, and final acceptance Perform fitting, alignment, adjustment, and secondary machining operations as required Complete final cleanup and preparation of systems for shipment Support occasional off-site service calls and customer support activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Previous experience in electrical assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, machine building, or industrial equipment assembly preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, bills of material, and assembly drawings Experience with electrical wiring, terminals, connectors, and electrical components Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments Ability to fit, align, and adjust mechanical assemblies Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel occasionally for service support as needed Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
