Electronic Assembly

Full time, temp to Hire, 2nd Shift, Electrical Assembler needed in Delavan WI.

Hours:

Mon-Thurs 3pm-1am

Pay:

$17.50 hr

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand or walk entire shift (10 hours) Ability to lift 40 lbs from floor to waist level 1 x/shift Ability to lift 5 gallons of flux 1x/week Rotation of hands/wrists left to right and up and down (almost constant) Twist from one side/middle/to other side (load station), approx. 175 moves/hour Ability to work with small parts on a repetitious basis

Aptitude:

Must be able to pass solder class Must be able to read, write and understand English Ability to recognize solder defects per customer requirements & IPC standards Ability to complete paperwork daily in a timely manner and enter into the computer Ability to clean pallets (scrape coating off, work with xylene) Ability to perform general maintenance on equipment (clean inside and outside of coater) Ability to become proficient at various stations on automated lines after one week Ability to comprehend, translate, and verify process through electronic system
