  1st Shift (6am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday, 5am-10am) currently on OT ...

• Work directly with team members to assemble parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG products.
• Study assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists to prepare for daily production.
• Position and fasten components using hand tools, templates, and small power tools.
• Verify specifications by measuring completed components and performing visual inspections.
• Document all actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with all plant safety standards. What You'll Need
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in light electrical assembly or heavy equipment assembly is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and strong basic math skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
