Outstanding benefits package available once hired on permanently. What You'll Do Work directly with team members to assemble parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG products. Study assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists to prepare for daily production. Position and fasten components using hand tools, templates, and small power tools. Verify specifications by measuring completed components and performing visual inspections. Document all actions by completing production and quality forms. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with all plant safety standards. What You'll Need High School diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in light electrical assembly or heavy equipment assembly is preferred. Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and strong basic math skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
