  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring adherence to quality standards and technical specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and experience working with various assembly techniques. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and support the production of reliable electrical products that meet industry standards. Responsibilities Assemble electrical components and wiring according to detailed schematics and technical drawings Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to perform precise assembly tasks Solder surface mount technology (SMT) components and through-hole components following IPC 610 standards Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and PCB layouts to ensure correct assembly procedures Conduct testing using ohmmeters, multimeters, and other electrical measurement tools to verify circuit integrity Maintain quality control by inspecting assemblies for defects and ensuring compliance with IPC 610 standards Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues related to electrical wiring and mechanical fitment Use calipers and other measurement instruments to ensure component dimensions meet specifications Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements for efficiency and quality Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Proven experience in electrical assembly within manufacturing environments or similar settings Strong understanding of PCB assembly, soldering techniques, and surface mount technology (SMT) processes Familiarity with reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus Ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement devices effectively Mechanical knowledge related to machining, electrical wiring, and component installation Experience working with IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance and safety compliance Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team This position provides an engaging environment where your technical skills will directly impact the production of high-quality electrical systems.
