Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems according to detailed schematics and blueprints, ensuring precision and quality in every task. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and experience in manufacturing environments. Responsibilities Interpret and follow detailed schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to assemble electrical components accurately Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently during assembly processes Solder electrical connections with precision to ensure reliable performance of assembled units Conduct quality inspections using mechanical knowledge and measurement instruments to verify assembly integrity Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly environments, preferably with electrical or mechanical components Familiarity with reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings is essential Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, welding, and fabrication processes Understanding of machining processes and mechanical assembly techniques enhances overall performance Previous exposure to quality control standards and safety protocols within a manufacturing setting Pre-assemble electrical kits from inventoried components & fabricated components Light fabrication work - drilling, forming, wire striping and crimping Material Handling Working with Electrical Engineering, Production Supervisors, & Team Leads Support the installation needs for various electrical equipment This role offers a dynamic environment where attention to detail, technical skill, and a proactive approach are highly valued.
