Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join a production team in Richfield, WI. This role is responsible for assembling electronic components and products according to specifications, quality standards, and production schedules. The ideal candidate has good manual dexterity, can follow instructions accurately, and takes pride in producing high-quality worksalary: $22 - $23 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 4

PMeducation:

No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Perform basic electrical wiring assemblies including electrical components Perform simple fitting and/or mechanical type assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and related units using a variety of hand tools, power tools, or equipment Perform basic inspection to ensure the product meets specifications and quality standards Identify product defects and report on issues to appropriate personnel Keep accurate production records/logs etc Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentwearing steel toe shoesmanual lifting up to 50lbsstanding for 7 hours at one timeworking up to 4 hrs of overtime per weekSkillsCircuit Board Assembling (2 years of experience is required)Electronic Assembling (2 years of experience is required)Gluing (2 years of experience is required)Parts Assembling (2 years of experience is required)Soldering (2 years of experience is required)travel Mechanical Assembling (2 years of experience is required)Blueprint Reading (2 years of experience is required)QualificationsYears of experience: 2 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
