This company specializes in building industrial electrical control panels and equipment , offering employees the opportunity to work on custom electrical builds, panel wiring, troubleshooting, and testing in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Panel Builders:
1st Shift, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Thursday, 10 hour shifts
Pay:
$25.00/hour Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Key Responsibilities of the
Panel Builder:
Layout and mount electrical components including breakers, transformers, PLCs, relays, and fuses into industrial enclosures Perform point-to-point wiring, terminal termination, crimping, soldering, and wire routing according to schematics Read and interpret electrical blueprints, ladder logic, and wiring diagrams Utilize multimeters and continuity testers to verify wiring accuracy and panel functionality Troubleshoot electrical wiring and assembly issues as needed Perform drilling, tapping, and light fabrication work on enclosures Ensure all work complies with UL 508A, NEMA, NEC, and IEC standards Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Qualifications for the Panel Builder role: High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of industrial electrical assembly or panel building experience preferred Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints (this is a MUST) Strong understanding of electrical circuits and 3-phase systems up to 480V Comfortable using hand and power tools including wire strippers, crimpers, calipers, and drills Benefits Available for
