Job Title:

SMT Operator Job Description The SMT Operator will be responsible for mechanical assembly, circuit card assembly, and repairs. This role requires proficiency in tasks such as mechanical assembly, subassembly, circuit board soldering, harnessing, and solder termination, all performed in accordance with assembly process procedures and engineering drawings. Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly and subassembly tasks. Conduct circuit board soldering and solder termination. Execute harnessing in line with engineering drawings. Ensure all assemblies adhere to established process procedures. Essential Skills 2+ years of soldering experience. 1+ year of SMT experience. Expertise in surface mount technology. Work Environment Work the 2nd shift from 3pm to 11:30pm in a dynamic and technologically advanced setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oak Creek, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
